Tasks:

  • Support the daily operation of HR policies, processes, and procedures
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related matters
  • Maintain and manage employee records in line with legal and internal requirements
  • Support disciplinary, grievance, and investigation processes together with HR leadership
  • Manage absenteeism and absence-related processes
  • Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and official documentation
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees
  • Assist in planning and delivering internal training sessions
  • Prepare HR reports and ad-hoc analysis as requested
  • Participate in HR projects such as policy updates and process improvements

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience in a generalist HR role
  • Basic knowledge of local labor law and HR compliance
  • Strong English skills (minimum B2 level), written and spoken
  • Confident user of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of discretion, reliability, and ethical behavior
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
