What you’ll do:
Assigned to our office in the center of Brussels, you will hold the position of HR & Office Manager at Everience Benelux!
Responsibilities and tasks (non-exhaustive list):
- As part of our growing team in a young and dynamic coworking space, and after an onboarding period, you will occupy a very versatile position that will lead you to:
- Day-to-day administration: Responsible for general administrative support, document and files management and the follow-up of tasks within deadlines.
- Customer & subcontractor invoicing management: Ensure the efficient and accurate management of customer & subcontractor invoicing, ensuring that everything is processed correctly and on-time.
- Human Resource management support: Help with payroll processing, managing employees’ timesheets and vacation requests and tracking of personal files.
- Contract drafting: Assist with the drafting and processing of employees and customers contracts.
- Subcontractor relationships management: Establish and manage ongoing and new subcontractor and freelances relationships.
- Work in close collaboration with sales staff to ensure a clear understanding of assignments and customer contexts and needs.
- Participate in recruitment processes for the company; job description creation, advertisements, interviews, closing and onboarding.
- Improve the candidate and employee experience through the deployment of tools (Smart Recruiter, Sx, Cornestone) and processes.
Who you are:
We are looking for a profile with previous experience as HR officer or office manager, ideally in a fast-paced environment, e.g. interim agencies, consultancy companies, start-ups.
You are fluent in French and English and are not afraid to express yourself in Dutch.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position is required.
- You understand the importance of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and can act with discretion and professionalism.
- You are not afraid to take end-to-end responsibilities and shows proactiveness in your decision-making,
- Organized, able to work independently, pragmatic, and hands-on approach.
- You like to challenge yourself and you are not afraid to learn, you are willing Motivation and real desire to improve and learn.
- Team player and soft skills qualities, people oriented.
