We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Executive (Night Shift) to support our US Staffing operations. This role will serve as the face of the company for night shift employees, ensuring strong employee relations, while also actively supporting recruitment by sourcing candidates, screening profiles, and coordinating interviews. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining a positive work culture, improving employee engagement, and supporting end-to-end HR and recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & HR Support
Act as the primary HR point of contact during night shifts.
Build strong relationships with employees and serve as the face of the company.
Address employee concerns, resolve workplace issues, and provide timely support.
Ensure employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
Conduct regular check-ins with employees to understand concerns and feedback.
Support onboarding and orientation of new hires.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and HR standards.
Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment Support
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screenings and evaluate candidate fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the interview process.
Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment databases.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, or Recruitment (US Staffing preferred).
Experience sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently during night shifts.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
