The Human Resource manager manages and monitors all human resource functions, including but not limited to employee relations, recruitment activities, employee training, health and safety (EHS), payroll, compliance of local labor law, reports, and compensation management.
Responsibilities
- Comply with legal requirements from HR areas according to corporate, country, and state requirements
- Work with the management to perform human resource planning, including recruitment plans, training plans, etc
- Cultivate the human resources system and the HR team of the factory, including recruitment and allocation, training and development, compensation and performance management, and employee relations.
- Use market dynamics and industry information of talent supply, and perform in the replacement, replenishment and reserve of human resources through various channels
- Manage training resource according to the annual training plan,
- Monitor the actual situation of the company, build and improve competitive and binding salary and performance management system, and constantly enrich and improve a variety of incentive methods according to the work characteristics of each position in the system.
- Improve the human resource management system, standardize factory employment, and ensure employment compliance,
- Carry out various cultural activities and living, promote the development of harmonious employee relations, and enhance the cohesion of the company
- Keep all employees informed through solid organizational communication
- Manage EHS management system, and all audits related, and required from customers
- Collect information about wages and salaries trough salary surveys and organizations focused on that
- Work closely with global compliance to maintain training and RBA management system on location
- Provide payroll services for all employees and to administer benefits and social security registration and requirements
- Responsible of employee relations, including dispute resolutions
- Manage performance management system for UEM
- Produce monthly reports and maintain headcount information to support corporate and production forecast requirements
Qualifications
- 8 + years Human Resource related experience including supervisory experience. Preferably in sizable manufacturing industries.
- Demonstrable successful interaction with government or local agencies
- Previous public companies in the electronics or software industries.
- CET-6 or above in English Proficiency
- Proven track record of accountability and ethics
- Strong Labor law knowledge
- Demonstrable knowledge in wage and benefits, EHS and training
- Strong negotiations and communication skills
Education
- Graduate from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business administration, or related field.
