Ø Someone who is a people person, need to manage the ppl there not just on HR stuff, but to nurture and really take care of the young ppl.
Ø Mainly tech engineers there in HCMC and some operational ppl in Hanoi.
Ø He/she needs to be hands on in HR matters and the maturity to make changes and take the initiative to manage the office issues as well.
Ø If they are from a start-up environment – will fit into this culture. Everything is fast paced and changes will occur consistently as they are in a major growth period.
Ø If they come from manufacturing, FMCG – non tech – they won’t be suitable.
Ø Ability to speak English – as they need to work with his/her peers in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.
