Who You Are:
We are looking for a highly organized, hands-on and detail-focused HR Manager to own day-to-day people operations and help build scalable HR processes as we continue to grow. As a fast-growing Series A tech company, we need someone who can move fluidly between tactical execution and process improvement.
This role will oversee and/or support payroll, benefits, onboarding/offboarding, HR systems, compensation programs, and performance management. Recruiting is primarily supported by an external partner, but this role will provide coordination and administrative oversight.
The HR Manager reports to the VP of Finance and will work cross-functionally with leaders across Product, CX, GTM, and Operations.
What You’ll Do:
Run bi-weekly payroll and manage HR systems (Google Workspace, iSolve, Lattice, Deel)
Coordinate onboarding & offboarding with our PEO (Aspen) and EOR (Deel)
Own I-9 processing, laptop distribution, and system setup for new hires
Support external recruiting partners with admin, scheduling, and tracking
Assist with compensation and merit cycles and salary/equity benchmarking
Support leveling frameworks and performance improvement plans (PIPs)
Run company-wide programs: performance reviews, engagement surveys, benefits open enrollment
Plan All Hands meetings
Lead special projects such as potential PEO transitions
About You:
3-5 years of HR/people operations experience
Strong operational skills and high attention to detail
Experience with payroll, HRIS tools, or PEO/EOR environments
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
Comfort working in fast-paced, scaling environments
