What You'll Do

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Execute recruitment processes for various positions, covering both Group-level and Taiwan-specific hiring needs.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to support workforce planning, recruitment execution, and candidate evaluation and hiring processes.

    • Handle payroll-related operations, including monthly salaries, bonuses, and annual compensation matters.
    • Execute employee income reporting and annual tax filing to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
    • Assist in payroll-related administrative tasks and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • HR Business Partner & Employee Relations
    • Address and help improve employee relations issues, fostering positive work interactions and organizational culture.
    • Support HR projects related to corporate values, organizational culture, and internal communications.
    • Assist in executing Regional HR projects and provide local legal and practical guidance.
    • Familiar with Taiwan labor laws to ensure HR practices are compliant with regulations.
  • Other Responsibilities
    • Handle work permits and related procedures for foreign employees.
    • Assist in various HR projects and employee activities.
    • Execute tasks assigned by the Country Manager.

Who You Are

  • University degree or above.
  • Minimum 5 years HR relevant working experience.
  • Experienced HR Function in larger-scale companies (more than 100 employees) for more than 3 years is a must.
  • Native Speaker of Mandarin Chinese
  • Good English Proficiency.
  • Strong interpersonal, excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Not only working independently but also being a team player.
