Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications

5+ years’ HR experience, including solid TA and policy/process work.
Deep knowledge of Thai labor regulations and HR best practices
Strong execution, organization, and problem-solving skills; comfortable building processes from scratch.
Proven stakeholder management and project execution in fast-paced, scaling environments
Language: Native/Fluent Thai and good English; Chinese is a plus for regional collaboration.
High integrity, ownership, and adaptability in a fast-growing set-up.
