Your role
Take ownership of a wide range of responsibilities, from defining and implementing Robovision’s hiring strategy to designing HR processes and crafting internal career paths.
In a dynamic scale‑up environment, work closely with the management team and take full ownership of all HR matters.
Make an impact by supporting a 100+ strong, talented team and helping increase both satisfaction and performance.

Take proactive ownership of all HR processes across the company: recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, and learning & development.
Act as main point of contact, together with team leads and management, for all employees to ensure a smooth employee experience.
Design and structure internal career paths and learning & development tracks to stimulate personal growth and engagement.
Take full ownership for HR administration and payroll, working closely with the Finance and Administration Manager.
Uphold the ‘Robovision spirit’ through company‑wide initiatives such as cultural and social activities, internal feedback, and engagement surveys.
Maintain company work regulations in full compliance with national and local employment laws and regulations, and implement company policies and practices.
Develop balanced and fair policies and procedures that foster strong employee contributions and employee wellbeing.
Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization to continuously streamline HR processes.
Work closely with the marketing team on internal communications, company events, and building the company’s employer brand.
Who we are looking for
An experienced HR professional with around 8 years of solid, hands‑on experience in recruitment, compensation & benefits, and learning & development; experience in a (SaaS) software environment is a strong plus.
A confident, self‑driven person who naturally engages with talent inside and outside Robovision and manages time and projects independently.
Someone who speaks Dutch fluently and is also proficient in English.
A true team player who is digitally savvy and enjoys engaging with colleagues across multiple channels.
A structured thinker who sets up clear processes while keeping outcomes in mind, and who enjoys working with data to improve day‑to‑day work.
A strong communicator, empowered to make decisions (including difficult ones) and capable of implementing them clearly and fairly.
A person who understands different personality types and assessment tools, and who values a culture of radical candor.
