Suade is seeking an ambitious and capable HR professional to join our team. We are looking for candidates with 4-7 years’ functional HR experience, ideally in a fast-growing startup or SME. This is a high-impact role that will contribute overall to the growth and development of the business.
Suade is a fast-growing fintech scaleup that helps financial institutions to automate regulatory reporting. We currently employ 100+ people across the UK, EU and Singapore, and have doubled headcount in the last two years. This role will report directly to the COO.
Objectives of this role
As HR Manager / People Partner, you will build on the strong HR foundations already in place, refining and evolving our people systems, processes, and practices to support our next phase of growth. Operating as a standalone HR lead, you will balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery — driving new initiatives while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations across the business. You will ensure effective onboarding, engagement, professional development, performance management, and retention across the company You’ll also work closely with the Executive Team to improve overall company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture to ensure that team members thrive and organisational outcomes are met.
Please note:
· This role is based in London. You will need to be able to come into the office at least 2-3 days per week.
