We are on the lookout for an HR Manager to join our HR Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the full employee lifecycle for the Customer Service Minsk-based staff (excluding recruitment), from onboarding through off-boarding and all status changes in between.
  • Coordinate and ensure a smooth, welcoming onboarding process for new hires, setting them up for success from day one.
  • Manage off-boarding procedures professionally and in full compliance, including documentation and exit formalities.
  • Administer all employee status changes (transfers, promotions, leaves) accurately and promptly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day HR support, answering employee inquiries and resolving issues related to policies, benefits, and documentation.
  • Manage and track all local HR documentation, including employment contracts, addendums, and personal files.
  • Administer time-off programs (vacation, sick leave, other absences) in accordance with local labor law and company policy.
  • Maintain 100% accurate and up-to-date local HR data and records in all designated systems.
  • Coordinate and support local employee engagement activities and events to promote team cohesion and a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in HR generalist/operations roles in Belarus, with a deep, practical knowledge of the Belarusian Labor Code and local employment practices.
  • Proven track record in managing the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, off-boarding) and HR documentation.
  • Fluent English (B2+) for daily communication in an international environment, working with policies, and coordinating with regional HR teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high degree of discretion when handling confidential data.
  • Proactive, service-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
