Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in LATAM countries while proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
• Influence and coach managers to enhance leadership capabilities, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Utilize data analytics to drive HR decision-making, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Develop and implement HR policies and initiatives aligned with global direction and support business objectives.
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to create an inclusive and high-performing workplace in the region.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on 5-7 years of experience in HR or a similar strategic HR role in a global company.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to challenge business decisions constructively and provide strategic HR solutions.
• Exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret HR analytics and trends.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Having a collaborative and approachable style.
• Experience with change management and organizational development.
