HR Manager 

 

We’re looking for an experienced HR leader who believes HR isn’t a support function — it’s a business driver. This is a remote role, because we don’t want geography to hinder hiring the best talent.

 

If you have 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience and thrive at the intersection of people strategy and operational execution, this role is for you.

 

This is not a transactional HR position. We want a builder. A partner. A coach. Someone who can influence leaders, elevate performance, strengthen culture, and help scale a growing organization.

 

This role requires someone who operates with urgency, adapts quickly, and performs at a high level in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. If you’re energized by momentum and can manage multiple priorities without losing focus or quality — you’ll thrive here.

 

What You’ll Do

 

Partner with Leaders

Work alongside business leaders to align people strategy with operational goals. Drive workforce planning, succession conversations, and organizational effectiveness.

 

Drive Performance & Accountability

Elevate performance management processes. Coach leaders on feedback, expectations, and high standards. Address employee relations matters with confidence and fairness.

 

Strengthen Culture & Engagement

Champion initiatives that reinforce values, psychological safety, and leadership capability.

 

Ensure Compliance & Reduce Risk

Operate with strong knowledge of employment law and best practices, protecting both people and the organization.

 

Use Data to Move the Business

Analyze turnover, engagement, and performance trends to deliver insights that impact real business outcomes.

 

What You Bring

 

  • 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong generalist background across employee relations, recruiting, compliance, and performance management
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, high-volume environment
  • Adaptability and resilience in the face of change
  • Confidence working directly with senior leaders
  • A growth mindset with strong operational focus
  • The ability to balance empathy with accountability
