In this role you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to the leaders of the organization in the areas of coaching and development, staffing/leadership needs, performance management to
help ensure Custom Deco is positioned to meet its strategic business objectives. Reporting to the VP Human Resources/Talent Management for Boelter Companies, you will also have the opportunity to be part of a HR team that supports multiple businesses units.

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of generalist human resources experience


• Demonstrated track record of success with coaching and development and organizational
  effectiveness
