Responsibilities:

  • Identify training needs in collaboration with managers and teams.
  • Design and develop training materials (thematic modules and e-learning content) focused on soft skills.
  • Organize, facilitate, and deliver engaging training sessions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • Analyze feedback to improve course content and delivery.
  • Assess team needs and propose targeted development initiatives.
  • Create communication materials to promote L&D programs.
  • Manage all administrative tasks related to training programs and events.
  • Support the onboarding process by training new hires on company policies, procedures, and tools.
  • Monitor and report on training completion and employee progress, using LMS platforms or manual tracking tools.
  • Stay up to date with new training techniques, tools, and best practices in adult learning.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Learning & Development role.
  • Solid knowledge of adult learning techniques and e-learning design.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Creativity and the ability to inspire and engage participants.
