We are looking for a Learning & Organizational Development Specialist to join our HR team in Hoofddorp.   • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a structured and proactive approach

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, SharePoint); experience with HR systems is a plus

  • Fluent in English; a second European language is a plus

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
