Position Overview
This senior-level internship is designed for students in their final year of study. The Human Resource Intern will gain hands-on experience across multiple functions, including recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with recruiting efforts (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination)
- Support onboarding and new hire orientation processes
- Help maintain employee records and HR systems
- Participate in HR projects such as policy updates, employee communications, and engagement initiatives
- Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment preparation
- Help coordinate internal events
- Conduct research on HR best practices and compliance topics
- Assist with creating HR related process documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
