We are looking for an HR Intern to be part of our Human Resources team, based in Istanbul.

Job Description: 

• Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes. 
• Screening applicants, conducting recruitment processes in BambooHR, arranging interviews, updating hiring reports, and candidates' lists in projects. 
• Scheduling meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintaining agendas. 
• Assisting with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts. 
• Producing and submitting reports on general HR activity. 

• Performing orientations of new staff. 
• Preparing and posting job advertisements in the company’s career portal and LinkedIn page. 
• Scheduling and managing interviews and confirming all relevant details. 
• Updating job listings and information, as needed. 
• Facilitating accurate and timely communication with applicants. 

• Preparing and sending offer letters. 

Required Qualifications: 

• Be able to work min. 4 days a week.  

• Fresh grads, last year of university or master's students. 
• Good command of spoken and written English is a must.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
