We are now seeking for an HR Intern. In this role, you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience and learn about various aspects of HR operations. You will be assisting the HR team with day-to-day tasks and projects, including recruitment, employee record maintenance, and HR administration.

This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the HR field and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment alongside experienced professionals.

*Currently enrolled as a student in a recognized educational institution in Greece, obligated and eligible to participate in an internship program as required by Greek law.

Responsibilities

  • Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including screen resumes and application forms
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
  • Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
  • Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Participate in organizing company events and careers days

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR and motivation to learn and grow in the field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
