Axiomatics has established core HR structures, systems, and policies, and our current priorities are to strengthen consistency, governance, and day-to-day HR support as the company continues to scale internationally. In this role, you will support the COO in turning existing frameworks into well-functioning, lived processes across the organization.
Your responsibilities may include supporting recruitment and onboarding, maintaining and updating HR policies and documentation, assisting with HR administration and compliance-related tasks, and contributing to improvements in HR processes and tools such as BambooHR. You may also take part in initiatives related to employee engagement, employer branding, and follow-up on HR activities and data.
The role combines operational tasks with learning and development, giving you insight into how HR supports business growth, compliance, and an inclusive, well-functioning workplace in practice.
