As the HR Generalist, you will serve as a key partner across the organization, supporting the full employee lifecycle while contributing to strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transitions across multiple time zones and jurisdictions
  • Administer and optimize HR programs including benefits enrollment, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations across all US jurisdictions where remote employees are based
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data; generate reports and analytics to support business decisions
  • Coordinate and support recruitment efforts including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
  • Develop and update HR policies and employee handbooks to reflect current best practices and legal requirements
  • Support payroll processing and coordination with finance on compensation-related matters
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and help cultivate a positive, inclusive remote work culture
  • Partner with leadership on organizational development, workforce planning, and talent retention strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • SHRM Certification
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a generalist capacity
  • Demonstrated knowledge of US federal and multi-state employment laws and regulations
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed workforce environment
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and HR technology tools
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information
  • Authorization to work in the United States
