Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and driven HR Generalist to join our Client a Global SaaS company in Brazil. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our HR operations, ensuring a positive employee experience, and helping us scale with strong people practices. You'll work across various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations and respond to employee queries
- Assist with recruitment efforts including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
- Organize and support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Ensure HR records are maintained and updated in compliance with legal requirements
- Support payroll and benefits administration in coordination with finance
- Assist in performance review cycles and employee development programs
- Promote and support employee engagement and well-being initiatives
- Help maintain and enhance HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws and HR best practices
- Participate in HR-related projects and process improvements
Requirements
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role (5 to 8 years)
- Solid understanding of Brazilian labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience working in a fast-paced, tech/SaaS environment preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office; familiarity with Workable or similar platforms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English
