Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and driven HR Generalist to join our Client a Global SaaS company in Brazil. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our HR operations, ensuring a positive employee experience, and helping us scale with strong people practices. You'll work across various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR operations and respond to employee queries
  • Assist with recruitment efforts including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
  • Organize and support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Ensure HR records are maintained and updated in compliance with legal requirements
  • Support payroll and benefits administration in coordination with finance
  • Assist in performance review cycles and employee development programs
  • Promote and support employee engagement and well-being initiatives
  • Help maintain and enhance HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Participate in HR-related projects and process improvements

Requirements

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role (5 to 8 years)
  • Solid understanding of Brazilian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, tech/SaaS environment preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office; familiarity with Workable or similar platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English
