Position: HR Generalist

Location: Cedar Knolls, New Jersey (Hybrid work options available, combining office and remote work)

Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 (based on experience), plus benefits including: health, life, vision/dental insurance; disability, vacation, sickness, 401K, commuter benefits & employee assistance program

Hours: Monday – Friday (40 hours/week)

Interview Process: 2 stages (one via Teams and the second in person)

We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our dynamic and talented Global Services HR team, to be the main point of contact and support to our US function, whilst being integral in driving new people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide HR support to our US Global Services function.

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and the leadership team to identify and drive key focus areas.

• Regularly meet with and provide trusted HR advice to the extended management team.

• Lead probation, absence management, disciplinary, and grievance procedures.

• Monitor absence trends and address concerns with line managers monthly.

• Maintain and develop content/design for SharePoint pages.

• Support the rollout of new and ongoing initiatives such as engagement surveys, well-being programs, and cultural events.
