The Role
We're looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our company.
As our HR Generalist, you will shape how people experience Jumpseller from day one. You’ll have a direct impact on our culture, growth and talent strategy.
You will interact with all the teams within Jumpseller, from software engineers, to marketeers, designers or customer support specialists, and will split your time between supporting and developing the careers of these team's members, as well as, help and organize recruitment processes to expand them.
You Will
Leads and supports recruitment processes, ensuring CV screening, scheduling and conducting interviews alone and with managers.
Manages hires, integrations and contract terminations, preparing all the required documentation, coordinating the onboarding process and ensuring that all the offboarding procedures are fully completed;
Streamline performance management, bringing novel ideas to our current processes;
Own and manage the payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, confidentiality, and seamless coordination with external partners
Foster team members' communication, facilitation cross-team relationships. Why not host a Pictionary?
Organize & Facilitate company-wide events, like Team buildings, All-Hands or OKRs meetings, across all teams and team members;
Managing relationships with external companies, like accountants, insurances, lawyers, etc;
Your Day
Some projects and activities that we have been recently working on to give you a sense of what you’ll be doing day-to-day.
Set up an online system to manage benefits for all personnel;
Create and publish job postings in our Recruitee system, promoting them across relevant channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, paid advertising campaigns, etc. Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn and in our database;
Organize and facilitate follow-ups and performance evaluations between Team Leads and their team, as well other members of the company;
Represent Jumpseller on job-fairs, universities and online events while replying to any questions from the audience;
Onboard a new team member, helping with initial accounts, equipment setup. Also introduce the company culture, values, etc;
Organize the All Hands meetings, ensuring the presentation’s quality.

You Have
Previous professional experience on Human Resources Departments or Roles;
Worked on recruiting processes by scouting, interviewing & qualify applicants:
Experience on internet or tech companies is a strong plus;
Native Portuguese speaker;
Ability to communicate clearly both in writing and orally in English. Spanish is a plus;
A bachelor/master degree in Phycology, HR or similar field.
The Recruitment Process
We review all CVs and cover letters received;
First interview (30 minutes) – Introductory conversation with our People team to get to know each other (February);
Final interview (45–60 minutes) – Discuss more details with our Stakeholders and understand if there is a cultural fit and expectations for the role (February);
Offer stage – We expect to send offers by March
