  • Handle comprehensive employee lifecycle management, from onboarding through offboarding and internal mobility, across various jurisdictions and time zones
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment regulations in every US location where remote team members reside
  • Support talent acquisition activities including candidate correspondence, interview coordination, and job posting management
  • Keep employee records and HRIS information current and accurate; produce analytics and reports that inform business strategy
  • Create and revise HR policies and employee handbooks to align with evolving legal standards and industry best practices

Requirements

  • SHRM Certification
  • Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience with a minimum of 2 years serving in a generalist role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline
  • Hands-on experience in remote or distributed work environments
  • Strong knowledge of multi-state and federal employment laws and regulations within the US
  • Exceptional organizational capabilities with the capacity to juggle competing priorities and deliver on deadlines
  • Skilled in using HRIS systems and various HR technology solutions
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities across all organizational levels
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
