About the Role

ICAP Outsourcing Solutions is growing! We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will support daily HR operations, employee relations, HR compliance initiatives and recruitment processes. You will act as a trusted partner to employees and managers, helping build a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities!

Manage onboarding processes and employee documentation
Address employee inquiries and concerns professionally
Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling
Maintain employee records and HR databases, prepare HR reports and analytics
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Update HR policies and procedures, assist in audits and HR process improvement

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–3 years of experience in HR field
Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
Fluent English (both written and oral)
