The Role

BeyondTrust is seeking a temporary HR Generalist to join our Tel Aviv office for an 8 to 9-month contract. In this role, you will collaborate with HR Business Partners to assist employees and managers in addressing their concerns and foster employee engagement. 

What You’ll Do

  • Provides day-to-day operational HR support to managers and employees locally 
  • Provides regional benefits support to the Total Rewards team, managers, and employees
  • Manages employee onboarding activities across the EMEA and APAC regions
  • Manages employee offboarding activities - Employee notifications, IT offboarding tickets, payroll notifications, and conducts exit interviews.
  • Leads administration relating to HR key initiatives, including performance management, compensation, promotion cycles, and job changes
  • Supports HRBPs with projects
  • Local Culture initiatives for the region in Partnership with the Global Culture Committee
  • Supports with any in-person office events as and when requested
  • Supports the Facilities team with any local requirements as and when required, including the office relocation initiative 
  • Partners with the IT team on regional onboarding and offboarding support, as well as office-based IT setup requirements 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years of HR generalist experience
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits in Israel
  • Knowledge of local employment regulations, with the desire to support Global employment regulations
  • Ability to apply sound judgement and discretion in managing work and handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-starter with demonstrated accountability for results
