Responsibilities

Employee Relations

  • Be the first point of contact for new hires of 12Go Thailand and own all aspects of onboarding including but not limited to:
    • Contract issuance and collection of requisite documentation 
    • Data management on HRIS to ensure all details are accurately recorded
    • Issue and record work certificates, official letters as per employee requests
    • Provide support for In-person and Global HR Onboarding calls including scheduling, attendance, updating presentation, etc.
  • Manage offboarding 12Go Thailand employees including resignations, HRIS updates and pass cancellations (if required)

Visa and Work Permits

  • Laise with outsourcing agent for solidifying timleines, providing documentation and being the bridge between candidate and agent
  • Work as a trusted advisor regarding visa and work permit matters
    • To senior management about visa timelines and proactive planning for new headcount needs
    • To expat employees regarding application, renewal, cancellation and other requirements of work permit
    • To expats and senior management about visa timelines, planning and other requirements
  • Be trusted advisor about Thai Labor law and work in collaboration with the legal department to ensure HR operations are in compliance with local laws

Insurance and Wellness Benefits

  • Liaise with local insurance provider about yearly employee insurance plans including procurement of new provider at the end of the contract
  • Manage and coordinate annual employee wellness check including laising with local hospitals for wellness packages
  • Provide support to employees to solve issues with insurance provider as required

General Office Operations

  • Be responsible for all vendor relations regarding company offsite, quarterly team building events, and other office events
  • Partner with HR Manager for budget planning, provident fund administration execution of company offsiteoffiste and other event

Requirements

Must have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • 2-4 years’ experience of HR generalist work in a fast-paced organization
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken at least C1 level) and Thai communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Thai Labor Law is required
  • Experience working with provident fund providers, medical insurance providers and employment-related Government organisations
  • Able to work independently or with minimum supervision on assigned tasks
  • Eager to learn new things and to develop personally and professionally in a dynamic international environment

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with HR information system and Google workspace (sheets, documents, forms, etc)
