Provide robust HR services, manage employee life cycle administration, ensure compliance with HR policies, and support HR Controlling with reporting and budget tracking.
The post-holder is responsible to provide a robust HR service and support to the Human Resources Manager’s daily operations.
Be responsible for all aspect of the administration involved in the employee life cycle
Support the monitoring of the performance evaluation process
Support the implementation of personnel group and local policies and procedures and maintain compliance with country regulations
Coordinate the processes for relocations and transfers including necessary visa applications
Maintain the HR administration software
Support the HR Controlling team in terms of reporting, planning and budget tracking
Support the tracking and analysis of personnel costs, payroll, benefits and HR operational expenses
Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports
2-3 years HR experience within a multinational company
BSc/Msc degree in finance, economics or business studies
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Strong numerical and analytical skills, systematic thinking
Attention to detail, problem-solving competencies
Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
