As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced HR Director to join our dedicated team.
We are looking for a highly skilled HR Director to lead our human resources operations and drive strategic initiatives that support business growth. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership abilities, advanced knowledge of HR practices, and a passion for creating a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and strategies to align with organizational goals.

Lead talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Oversee employee engagement initiatives, including wellness programs and retention strategies.

Manage employee relations to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Develop and administer compensation, benefits, and rewards programs.

Lead performance management processes, including reviews and professional development plans.

Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.

Maintain accurate employee records and oversee HR data analytics with confidentiality

Provide strategic advice on succession planning and organizational structure.

Ability to prepare, manage, and monitor HR departmental budgets

Using HR data to create cost-saving strategies, such as improving retention and reducing turnover-related expenses
Qualifications & Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management (Master’s degree preferred).

Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CHRP) is an asset.

Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
