About the Role: We are looking for a Digital Product Manager to support the rollout and continuous evolution of our Growth Hub, a global skill intelligence platform. As part of one of our top HR strategic priorities, this platform plays a pivotal role in driving transparency over employee skills, facilitating skill transformation, and enhancing internal mobility across the organization.
This role is focused on product management, digital adoption, and project coordination. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between technical teams, business requirements, and platform implementation. Your work will directly impact the platform's ability to drive user engagement and satisfaction while enabling stakeholders to achieve their talent management goals.
Your tasks:
You have a completed university degree with a focus on Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or a comparable qualification and already have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in the field of HR.
