HR Data Analyst

Experience: 1-4 years
Job Summary - We are looking for an HR Data Analyst with strong skills in Advance Excel (Including macros), SQL and Power BI to analyze data, generate insights, and support strategic decision making. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR metrics, data visualization, and automation techniques to improve HR process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collect, compile, and analyze HR data and metrics to support management decision-making.
2. Design, develop, and maintain HR reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics.
3. Conduct statistical analyses to understand relationships between various HR activities and organizational outcomes.
4. Identify trends, patterns, and inconsistencies in HR data.
5. Collaborate with HR and management teams to understand data needs and provide solutions.
6. Conduct audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data.
7. Use data visualization tools to present HR data in a clear and concise manner.
8. Make recommendations to improve HR policies and procedures based on data findings.
9. Assist with implementing and maintaining HR information systems.
10. Comply with data privacy and protection guidelines.
Key Skills:
1. Advanced Excel (Macros, VBA, Pivot Tables)

3. Power BI( DAX, Data modelling, visualization & report automation)
Educational qualification:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business analytics, Statistics or related field.
