HR Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support decision-making processes.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as employee turnover, engagement, and performance.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and validations.
  • Support HR initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to present data insights effectively.
  • Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
