  • Regular and ongoing talent acquisition and recruitment-related data collection, analysis, and reporting to the HR team and other interested and authorized parties.

  • Develop visually compelling dashboards for the TA team on the most relevant key metrics such as quality of hire, cost per hire, effectiveness, etc.
  • Advise actions to improve data quality;
  • Review and analyze all the data by sources, identify gaps, and suggest solutions;
  • Understand, analyze, and drive improvements for the TA database in ATS and Exce
  •  Support ATS and HRIS system administration for upgrades and optimization projects.  

 

  • Higher education, preferably in Business administration or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in working with large data, research, data analysis and creating analytical reports
  • Full Professional Working Proficiency in English and Armenian written and verbal
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel is essential and proficiency with other Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience in using statistical techniques
  • Experience in analyzing large data and ability to present findings in a clear way
  • High sense of responsibility and strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and creative thinking skills, as well as a team-player attitude.
  • Practical experience in data visualization tools
  • Strong assets in Python and SQL
