Regular and ongoing talent acquisition and recruitment-related data collection, analysis, and reporting to the HR team and other interested and authorized parties.

Responsible for all monthly, weekly, and daily reporting to present data findings and support HR team;
Partner with HR team to develop data models for recruitment;
Based on the needs and data analysis propose the best key performance metrics as per the mass recruitment needs
Develop visually compelling dashboards for the TA team on the most relevant key metrics such as quality of hire, cost per hire, effectiveness, etc.
Advise actions to improve data quality;
Review and analyze all the data by sources, identify gaps, and suggest solutions;
Understand, analyze, and drive improvements for the TA database in ATS and Exce
Support ATS and HRIS system administration for upgrades and optimization projects.

Higher education, preferably in Business administration or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in working with large data, research, data analysis and creating analytical reports
Full Professional Working Proficiency in English and Armenian written and verbal
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel is essential and proficiency with other Microsoft Office programs
Experience in using statistical techniques
Experience in analyzing large data and ability to present findings in a clear way
High sense of responsibility and strong attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and creative thinking skills, as well as a team-player attitude.
Practical experience in data visualization tools
Strong assets in Python and SQL
