We are hiring HR cum Accounting Associate:



Job Responsibilities
• Perform accounting and HR duties at our CyberJaya location.
• Responsible for the administration and human resources duties.
• Must

create attractive job postings, broadcast posting, conduct recruiting

and screening potential candidates, mostly language interpreters ( in

Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand etc)
Update the trackers and maintaining the Excel sheets on timely manner for paying out commission.
• To

prepare monthly payroll and ensure all documentations are complying

statutory requirements (including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB);
• Maintain good filing system and proper document recording;
• Manage payment voucher and cheques;
• Interface/coordination with management and other recruiters and screeners.



Job Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least diploma in Accounting; BS/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred;
• Must have very good English and Mandarin spoken language skills.
• At

least 1 year(s) of experiences in the related field is required for

this position ; Freshers may apply with above education .
• Proven

experience as an office administrator, office assistant and familiarity

with office management procedures and basic HR role;
• Good knowledge in using Microsoft Office;
• Able to meet deadlines and work in a fast pace environment;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; and
• Able to start work immediately would be added advantage.
