About the Role We’re looking to add an HR Coordinator who will support the People team across all stages of the employee lifecycle, ensuring an organized, efficient, and positive employee experience.   • Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Coordinate terminations, exit interviews, equipment returns, and partner with Finance.
  • Partner with Talent to support hiring.
  • Support new hire onboarding and benefits set up.
  • Be familiar with company policies, employee handbooks, and compliance materials.
  • Support and guide managers on performance improvement plans, and coaching to ensure consistency and fairness.
  • Administer and continuously improve the performance review process (experience with Lattice highly preferred).
  • Assist with developing and implementing promotion frameworks and career growth paths.
  • Assist with benchmarking and compensation analysis.
  • Requirements
  • 2-5 years in HR, People Operations, or similar roles.
  • Experience and comfort working in a start up or a fast growing organization.
  • Familiarity with HRIS tools, onboarding platforms, and benefits administration.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Nice to Haves
  • Experience with Lattice is a strong preference.
  • Exposure to compensation reviews or benchmarking.
  • Compensation
  • Salary ($65,000 - $90,000) + Equity 
  • Salary is determined by the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
