Job Title:  HR Coordinator/HRIS Analyst
Job Location: Cincinnati, OH (or within a 2 hour radius - must be willing to be on site 1-2x per quarter at a minimum)
Reports to: Senior People Operations Specialist

This is a newly created role where you will play a pivotal part in shaping the outstanding employee experience and HR compliance that defines our organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Create Best-in-Class Employee Experience:

    • Execute people operations processes, provide engaging onboarding experience, and contribute to day-to-day interactions with employees
  • Facilitate Onboarding:

    • Take charge of the onboarding process for all new hires, ensuring a seamless entry into HRIS, managing background checks, and conducting engaging new hire orientations.
  • HR Systems Management:

    • Handle duties related to HR systems, including leaves of absence, time tracking, and general administration to ensure ongoing data quality.
  • HRIS Optimization:

    • Resolve complex HRIS system issues impacting security, payroll, and other organizational systems.
    • Optimize the efficiency and user experience of the HRIS system, including implementation of module customization.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making:

    • Develop and produce regular and ad-hoc HR reports, metrics, and dashboards.
    • Analyze metrics and statistics to ensure informed decision-making and improved business outcomes.
  • Versatile Support:

    • Serve as a back-up for payroll processing and assist the talent acquisition team with candidate coordination.

Requirements for Success:

  • Experience and Education:

    • 2+ years of HR experience with foundational knowledge in compensation, L&D, employment law, etc.
    • Bachelor's Degree in HR or relevant field OR Certification in HR OR equivalent years of experience.
  • Tech Savvy:

    • Proficient in using and maintaining HRIS, with experience in record keeping, report generation, and data analytics.
