Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple countries, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Assess training needs, design training programs, and conduct training sessions.
- Utilize online learning platforms and tools to facilitate virtual training sessions.
- Collaborate with a diverse, international team to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in the medical, pharmaceutical, or clinical research industry is highly desirable.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Languages: Advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken), capable of conducting recruitment and training in these languages.
