Be part of our mission to disrupt the healthcare and democratize the data driven medicine! SOPHiA is looking for an HR Coordinator (Apprentice) to join the EMEA HR team based in Bidart (Pyrénées-Atlantiques - 64).

The HR Coordinator will report to the HR Operations Manager and closely work with the HR Operations team of different regions to support HR administrative duties.

Your Mission:

Support the maintenance of employee records and personnel files.
Support HRIS updates (hire, job changes, terminations, absences, and time tracking).
Prepare HR and administrative documents throughout the employee lifecycle (employment contracts, amendments, letters, certificates, etc.).
Assist the HR Associate with payroll-related tasks (e.g. meal voucher calculations).
Support time management follow-up (timesheets, overtime tracking).
Assist with employee onboarding, internal transitions, and offboarding processes.

Requirements

Student in Master 1 in Human Resources or equivalent;
French & English Fluent mandatory. A third language could be a plus;
Proactive, flexible in approach;
Customer oriented
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Attention to details;
Capacity to prioritize, well-organized and able to multitasks;
Good level on MS Office.
