Responsibilities:
- Independent Management of Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate interviews, evaluations, and job offer extensions, particularly for technical teams and developers across various tech sectors.
- Employee Experience: Create and improve employee experience from the hiring phase onwards, ensuring job satisfaction and fostering internal relationships.
- Conflict Resolution and Employee Relations: Identify and resolve issues and conflicts in the workplace, especially within technical and development teams, ensuring effective communication to maintain a positive and collaborative environment.
- Internal and External Networking: Build and expand effective relationships with other companies, organizations, and professional communities in the tech and online exchange industries to identify top talent and collaboration opportunities.
- Collaboration with Various Teams: Provide advisory services to managers regarding talent acquisition and professional networking, particularly in the context of attracting key expertise in the tech industry.
- Continuous Performance Tracking and Recruitment: Assess the effectiveness of recruitment processes and ensure smooth completion of hiring processes to bring the right individuals into the team.
- Recruitment Data Analysis: Analyze HR and recruitment data to optimize hiring processes and make recommendations for increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on technical and technology teams.
- Experience in the online exchange industry or similar sectors (preferred).
- Ability to independently manage recruitment processes.
- Capability to manage conflicts and create positive employee experiences.
- Proficiency in digital recruitment and HR tools.
- Knowledge of trends and challenges in tech industry recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop internal and external networks.
