HR Business Partner - Seattle

We’re looking for a Human Resources Business Partner with the passion and experience to align business objectives and formulate partnerships across departments to deliver value-added service. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for supporting the organization by aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. They will serve as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, and act as employee champions and change agents. The HRBP will assess and anticipate HR-related needs and seek to develop integrated solutions.

*This role is hybrid and will be required to work onsite at our Bellevue/Seattle studios 1-2 times per month. 

Would you like to...

• Act as a business partner to designated business units, providing HR guidance and support on all employee-related matters.
• Act as an HR generalist supporting employee inquiries around benefits, LOA administration, understanding of backend payroll processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase employee engagement, morale, and retention.
• Lead and manage the design, delivery, and evaluation of people processes, including; performance management, talent management, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with the DEI team to promote and support a culture of diversity, equity, and
• Partner with L&D team to design and deliver learning and development programs that align with
• business objectives.
• Act as an employee advocate and change agent, providing guidance and counsel to
• management and employees on human resource-related issues.
• Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
• Stay current on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Design and develop strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
• Coach and provide guidance to management.
• Act as a change manager, leading and implementing changes that align with the company's
• overall goals.
• Act as a strategic thinker and calculated risk taker.

We would like you to have...

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
• Proven experience in employee engagement, morale, and retention strategies
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees
• Experience with DEI and L&D initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to come in to our Bellevue/Seattle studios for meetings (1-2 times per month)

Compensation Range: $110,000 – $115,000

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during the interview process, the candidate’s range and depth of experience, business and market financials, and internal pay parity.
