In this pivotal role, the HR Business Partner (Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing) serves as the primary strategic advisor to the department’s leadership teams, driving people strategies that strengthen performance, engagement, and leadership capability throughout the commercial organization.
Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the HR Business Partner provides both strategic and operational support to the U.S. Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing organizations. Partnering closely with the functional leaders, this role delivers forward-looking solutions that enable growth, foster accountability, and align people initiatives with business objectives. The HRBP will lead efforts to identify, develop, and retain top talent, while advising on organization design, workforce planning, and change management to support a dynamic and performance-oriented culture.
The HR Business Partner will have an HR Representative reporting to them who manages day-to-day tactical responsibilities, allowing the HRBP to focus on higher-level strategic priorities. A key deliverable in the first year will be building strong, trusted relationships across the teams to establish credibility as a valued advisor. The HRBP will play a central role in the upcoming Sales Incentive Program redesign, partnering with Compensation, Sales Operations, and Sales leadership to ensure alignment with performance expectations and market competitiveness.
This position requires a blend of business acumen, relationship-building skills, and practical HR expertise. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to influence senior leaders, navigate complex organizational challenges, and deliver outcomes that elevate both talent and performance. As a member of the leadership table, the HR Business Partner will shape decisions that drive effectiveness, strengthen leadership depth, and sustain long-term business success.

Organization
The HRBP will support the Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing organizations, which includes approximately 600 employees. You will work closely with other HR professionals around the world who support an additional 400 sales organization members. The HR team consists of co-workers who focus on talent acquisition, payroll, benefits, labor relations, training, and HR technology.
Performance Objectives
In your first few months, you will focus on developing in three key areas: Knowing Your Clients, Knowing Your Team, and Knowing the Business. Establishing this foundation will allow you to make an impact in the shortest time possible. Major objectives during your first 90 days include:
Know Your Clients
- Get to know and establish relationships with client group leaders
- Observe Sales One Training Program
- Understand their work including the products and services they provide
- Embed yourself in their operation by attending meetings and events
- Conduct a needs analysis to understand client group challenges, talent needs, and more
Know Your Team
- Build relationships with your fellow HR team members
- Understand and immerse yourself in all current HR initiatives
- Become an expert in all HR technology
- Participate in new hire onboarding
Know the Business
- Become aware of our products and services
- Understand our operating model and how we are organized as a company
- Get to know our employees and be visible at company events
Beyond the first 90 days, your work continues in our action-oriented and customer-focused environment. Success will be measured by completing several medium and long-term objectives in your first year and beyond. They include:
- Execute our comprehensive talent management strategy which includes:
- Onboarding

- Headcount Planning
- Midyear Comp Analysis
- Year End Merit Increases
- Become a champion and take a lead role in our Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts
- Take a leading role in change management efforts in your client groups
- Actively participate on the HR Compliance team to ensure legal, regulatory, and company policy
- Support employee leave of absence and accommodation requests
- Work with your client groups to complete the annual workforce planning process

Experience
The person in this role should have seven or more years of Human Resources experience. Specific experience should be in the areas of employee relations, talent development, performance management, compliance, recruiting, reporting, analytics, and compensation. A BS degree and professional HR certification are preferred (ex. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP). In addition, candidates should be able to demonstrate the following competencies:
