Your Impactful Role:

As an HR Business Partner, you'll be at the forefront of supporting leaders and frontliners alike, ensuring the best possible service through successful capability practices. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing effective HR operational support, including talent and succession planning, performance management, and enhancing team experience.
  • Building leadership capability through coaching, advising, and facilitating relevant leadership development content.
  • Developing credibility with leaders for effective stakeholder engagement.

Requirements for Success:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources - preferred but not essential.
  • Confidence to influence, communicate, and build relationships.
  • Operational environment experience, ideally in services, sales, or operations functions.
  • Minimum 1 year experience working at a HR Business Partner level
  • Ability to operate at various levels, executing strategy with a calm and considered approach.
