What you will work on:

The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, collaborating closely with our management and employee groups to align HR strategies with business goals. You will act as a consultant to Operations & Business departments leaders on human resource issues and will be responsible for implementing HR policies and practices tailored to the needs of the organization.

• Partner with leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support those objectives
• Provide expert guidance on talent management, organizational design, change management, and employee relations
• Support talent acquisition efforts and assist with strategic staffing processes
• Facilitate performance management processes including goal setting, feedback, and employee development plans
• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies
• Implement HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development
• Advise on employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  

What you bring:

• Experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of HR practices, labor legislation, and the overall business environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Experience in performance management and employee development
• Data-driven decision-making mindset with a focus on outcomes
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• BSc in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; further HR education or certification is a plus
