The Vice President of People & Culture
The HR Business Partner will drive key human initiatives that will substantially enhance the success and growth of the Mizzen + Main organization. This role will report to the Vice President of People & Culture and support the corporate team located in Dallas, TX as well as the company’s 11 retail locations. This position is required to be onsite.
This teammate will champion company culture at Mizzen+Main and be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, retention, and resolving daily human resource challenges. Given the significant growth of the business, this role is particularly critical to helping ensure the company attracts and hires talented individuals who align with our values and protect our unique culture. This HR Business Partner will have a strong understanding of all areas within the HR discipline and possess the ability to lead change and execute operational tasks in our HR system.
