Position Summary

This is a position for someone ready to become a full business partner for the CEO and management, turning the company's strategic goals into an effective structure and relevant culture.

At Leadex, we see this role as the foundation for future HR leadership. As the team and business scale, it opens a growth path into HR Director.


Your Mission

To move People processes from "intuitive management" mode to "conscious strategy and system" mode.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership & Strategy: Development and implementation of the HR strategy. You are fully responsible for the budget, risks, and results.
  • Org Design: We don't need massive artifacts or dusty regulations. We value working architecture: clear roles and transparent seniority, a smart rotation system, and effective bench management.
  • Performance & Culture: Finding and implementing tools to monitor team health (loyalty, engagement). Working with conflicts at early stages.
  • Facilitation: Being a mediator in complex processes - from identifying the true needs of employees to respectful dismissals.
  • Business Partnership: Working closely with the CEO. You must understand how people metrics affect P&L and business success.
  • People Development: Unlocking the potential of current employees and creating an environment where talents want to stay.


We are looking for you if

  • You are autonomous: You don't need instructions, you create them yourself.
  • Your background is startups or boutique outsourcing: You are used to high speed, changing priorities, and a lack of bureaucracy.
  • You see the "whole picture": For you, people are a complex ecosystem connected to business goals.
  • You are empathetic but firm: You hear people, feel the team's pains, but are always oriented towards results and business efficiency.
  • You have experience owning a budget: You understand the cost of hiring, retention, and the price of mistakes in team structure.



Requirements

  • 3+ years in HR roles with proven experience in strategic HR or HR Business Partner positions.
  • Proficiency in English (B2+).
  • Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to build processes from scratch.
