what you’ll do

  • Partner with leaders to translate business challenges into clear, practical people solutions.

  • Act as a trusted HR partner for managers and teams, someone they turn to for real support, not just processes.

  • Design, launch, and drive employee engagement initiatives, from early ideas to execution and measurable impact.

  • Support teams through growth and change, helping people adapt and stay connected.

  • Help managers navigate team challenges, improve collaboration, and increase effectiveness.

  • Contribute to workforce planning, helping leaders plan team growth and capacity in line with business priorities.

  • Participate in people-related budgeting, including headcount and cost planning.

  • Support salary planning processes, helping leaders make fair, transparent, and business-aligned compensation decisions.

  • Provide clear, actionable feedback and coaching to managers and employees to support performance and development.

  • Work closely with the HR team and cross-functional partners to create a consistent and positive employee experience.

  • An HR Business Partner with hands-on experience working with teams, ideally in tech, product, or engineering environments.
  • Previous experience in similar role within technology start ups or scale ups, understanding its challenges and evolution

  • Someone who is passionate about employee engagement and brings fresh, creative ideas to the table and able to communicate in a clear, relatable, and human way.

  • Confident working with managers and leaders, including in complex or sensitive situations.

  • Practical, proactive, and able to turn ideas into actions

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • English at business level, additional languages are a plus
