Your daily scope will very much look as the following:
Employee Lifecycle (Wellbeing & Engagement)
Drive onboarding process and support integration of new hires.
Act as a trusted advisor for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
Facilitate promotions, internal mobility, and career pathing.
Manage offboarding processes and exit interviews.
Be a point of contact for wellbeing matters and drive initiatives (mental health, work-life balance, inclusion).
Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Act as a bridge between leadership and employees.
Advice, support, challenge leadership in day-to-day people management of their teams.
Support consistent internal communication.
HR Projects & Talent Initiatives
Lead or contribute to HR projects (culture, change, DEI, etc.).
Implement HR policies and best practices aligned with business needs.
Provide monthly reporting, use HR data and insights to support decision-making.
Drive continuous improvement of employee experience.
Help shape our future HR strategy and vision.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and profiles.
Drive recruitment strategy and employer branding initiatives.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and the full recruitment cycle.
Contribute to workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
🚗 Your Profile
You have +/- 5 years of experience in HR with a focus on business partnering, talent and performance management.
You have excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
You are proficient with LinkedIn and ATS tools. Recruitee is considered as an asset.
You have a proven ability to facilitate and build credibility with all levels and all functions.
You show strong stakeholder management and coaching skills to support managers and employees effectively.
You are flexible, proactive and have a problem-solving mindset.
You have an in-depth understanding of social legislation.
You are a real team player and people-oriented.
