As an HR Business Partner at Centerfield, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with business leaders and employees while providing strategic HR support. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure the effective implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and practices, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the organization. You'll be a vital part of our HR dream team and will report directly to the Senior Vice President of People Operations. How You'll Contribute...

Trusted Advisor: Act as a business partner and trusted advisor to senior leaders and people managers within multiple client groups

Strategic HR Planning: Work closely with senior management to align HR strategies with the overall business objectives. Develop and implement HR plans that support the company's growth and ensure HR practices are in line with industry best practices.

Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, addressing and resolving employee concerns, conflicts, and performance issues. Promote a positive and inclusive work culture.

Talent Acquisition: Partner with leaders and the recruitment team to identify staffing needs, participate in the interview process, and contribute to the selection of top talent.

Performance Management: Partner with leaders for the performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans. Support managers in conducting regular performance reviews.

Training and Development: Collaborate with the learning and development team to identify training needs, create development programs and formulate creative career pathing plans.

HR Policies and Compliance: Stay up-to-date with federal and state employment laws and regulations. Ensure company policies and practices are compliant and provide guidance on HR compliance matters.

Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention. Conduct surveys, analyze data, and recommend action plans to improve the workplace environment.

Change Management: Support the organization through periods of change and growth, including mergers, acquisitions, and organizational restructuring.

HR Metrics and Reporting: Collect and analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.
What We're Looking For...
- Bachelors Degree either in HR, Management or other relevant field
- SHRM or HRCI certification a plus
- Minimum 7 years proven experience in HR, with a focus on HR business partnership in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of US labor laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex HR issues and projects
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in using HR software, preferably UKG
- Proficiency in using ATS system, preferably Lever and Fountain
