This role is responsible for supporting People Leaders with performance & behavioural management situations in their business areas across EMEA and LATAM. This is an exciting opportunity for an HRBP to be a part of a talent team that is driving cutting-edge HR tactics across the organization. You will be responsible for aligning HR strategy with business priorities, providing HR business partnership support and driving results. This position is an 11-month fixed-term contract.
Responsibilities:
Provide consultation and coaching to people leaders on individual performance concerns within their organisations
Intake all employee grievances and behavioural concerns, triage where appropriately to ER partners
Support and enhance manager capabilities through coaching and implementation of management development programs and opportunities
Analyse data, understand trends, and develop proactive solutions to further support business objectives
Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to build out and operationalize HR processes that can be scaled
Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies across our talent processes and provide input to employee relations and performance management matters
Foster relationships with functional and COE HR Business Partners and influence and contribute to decisions impacting the business and employees
Develop a deep understanding of LinkedIn to help support and address the needs of the organization
Exemplify and champion LinkedIn’s culture and values and be viewed as a role model who drives LinkedIn’s mission and vision
Ensure all activities are aligned with all compliance rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
Basic Qualifications:
HR-related Degree or equivalent experience
2+ years HR experience and or relevant experience
1+ year experience with performance and behaviour management across Ireland and UK.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working in a HR functional area including, but not limited to, organizational development, change management, and employee relations
Experience with Ireland & UK employment law, labour relations, and implementing and executing core business activities across UKI
Demonstrated experience in facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated experience should include employment law understanding, previous experience in supporting performance management, employee relations and data analytics/reporting
Experience with performance and behaviour management across EMEA and/or LATAM countries.
Outstanding communications skill with the ability to connect and develop trust quickly with all levels within an organization.
Detail and goal-oriented, has the flexibility to deal with multiple and changing priorities while focused on customer service and quality
Ability to manage time and workload, juggling conflicting priorities.
Excellent problem solving and organizational acumen
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Be confident in handling ambiguity and fluid situations and have an abundance of common sense and pragmatism.
Have a solid foundation of employment legislation and the ability to translate this into practical advice for the LI leader population
